Cadet Training Programs
Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) Programs
CAE's integrated ATPL programs are designed to your airline's requirements and train cadet pilots from zero flying experience through to qualification on type in full partnership with an airline. CAE will identify and train cadets, and deliver highly trained and competent first officers to your airline's specific pilot profile.
Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL)
The Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) program is a competency based course where the student is continuously assessed against a clearly defined set of competencies at each phase of training. The program incorporates airline specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and the concepts of Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) from a much earlier stage in training than traditional CPL or ATPL programs. CAE's MPL programs are designed to your individual airline's needs. We currently have MPL cadet programs with 6 airlines, making us the most experienced training organization in the world at developing and delivering MPL courses.
Air Transport Pilot - Certification Training Program (ATP-CTP)
CAE offers an FAA-approved Air Transport Pilot - Certification Training Program (ATP-CTP) which enables airlines and flight training organisations to outsource this certificate in an efficient and cost-effective way. The program is offered across CAE's US network of training centres leveraging both CAE's cadet training expertise and extensive simulator training capabilities.
